Rest and Peaceful Sleep is one of God's Greatest Gifts

"It is useless for you to work so hard from early morning until late at night, anxiously working for food to eat; for God gives rest to his loved ones." Psalm 127:2

Why toil and labor so much for material wealth or material gain, well in fact "The Lord is my shepherd, I have everything I need."  and that "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19.
